UKIP 8 TOP Seats in 2017 General Election GE

UKIP 8 Seats in  2017 General Election GE Why did UKIP not get one MP in 2015 even though 4 million people voted for UKIP ? Because the British electoral system is not a proportinal one. Why did UKIP miss the first place by a very narrow margin of sometimes only 5% or 10% in each election district ? Because nobody knew how it works in a first GE for this new party there was no micro approach at the time by UKIP management. In how many election districts  did UKIP get the second place in Britain ? In 120 election districts out of a little more than 600 e.g. the number of UK MPs in total. Which are the 8 election districts with the smallest margin compared to the first winning candidate ?
